Urgent Request

I have two prayer requests for those of you who know the Great Physician.

First, my friend Kat. She had surgery to remove her colon on 1/5/09. She's still in the hospital. She has a blood clot in her liver and some other serious concerns. She is in a hospital that is three hours from her home. Seven of her eight children are staying with friends in GA.

Second, my friend Mike. He came home a few weeks ago and found his wife, Jen, unconscious. They thought she had a stroke, but this is not the case. It has, however, affected her in much the same way. She has limited mobility on her left side. Mike brought her home last week. Then, this weekend, due to the stress and worry of losing one of her parents (Mike has health concerns as well) their 16-yr-old daughter ended up in the hospital.

Please pray for both these families.
